Dock One Pedestrian Bridge

As envisaged from the original Dock One Masterplan, Kite is now pleased to share that construction for the Dock One Pedestrian Bridge has been awarded to Blu Built, a local contractor based in Largs North. It will employ the services of Maritime Constructions as a key subcontractor, which is based in Port Adelaide.

The next six months will be spent developing the design concept and obtaining the required planning approvals with a target date of early 2024 to secure all necessary approvals and permits.

Construction is set to commence by mid 2024 with completion of the bridge forecast for the last quarter of 2024. This progressive development aims to bridge the divide and boost connectivity in Port Adelaide, specifically benefiting residents of Dock One and our future stages at Dock One North!

It will serve as a symbol of advancement within our reinvigorated precinct, by uniting residents and strengthening the social fabric of the area.
