Starfish Developments continued its outstanding track record for winning prestigious design, architecture and building awards on Friday night, with recognition by the Urban Development Institute of Australia South Australia (UDIASA) in four award categories for 2018.
Bohem apartments in Whitmore Square won applaud for high density living, urban renewal, design excellence and innovation in design.
Representing excellence in their categories, the awards illustrate Starfish Developments’ focus on teamwork to achieve the highest standards in its project work.
Starfish Managing Director, Damon Nagel, said, “We are thrilled and humbled to accept four UDIA awards for Bohem on Whitmore Square, which represent the pinnacle of success for our industry. Our team strives for excellence, working closely with our external partners and suppliers to break new ground in quality and standards.”
Damon applauded the UDIA for introducing new categories this year including urban renewal, design excellence and innovation in design.
“Recognition of these key facets of property development acknowledges their important role in helping to grow Adelaide as a great place to live, visit and do business,” he said.
“Effective urban renewal will continue to attract residents and commercial enterprises to historically under-developed parts of the city including the south western corner and very importantly, Port Adelaide, where we look forward to continuing our success with Dock One.”
Dock One will bring a new dimension to the city, offering maritime living with a sense of tranquillity yet so close to the buzz of the up and coming centre of Port Adelaide.
